Settlement Currency: USD
I. Pricing and Settlement Currency
All product prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars (USD). Order amounts are denominated in USD. Your payment channel (e.g., credit card, e‑wallet, etc.) will deduct the equivalent USD amount directly. If your account currency is not USD, the payment platform will convert the amount using the market exchange rate on the payment date. The final deducted amount will be as shown by your payment provider. We do not charge any additional currency conversion fees.
II. Refund Exchange Rate Calculation
For quality‑issue refunds, the following rules apply:
If your original payment currency was USD, the refund will be issued in USD for the full amount via the original payment route, with no currency conversion involved.
If your original payment currency was non‑USD (e.g., CNY, EUR, etc.), the refund amount will be converted by the payment platform from USD into your original payment currency using the exchange rate on the refund processing date. Due to exchange rate fluctuations, the actual amount credited may differ from the original payment. Any such difference shall be borne by the customer.
III. Exchange Rate Risk
All foreign exchange gains or losses arising from rate fluctuations (including but not limited to differences between the refunded amount and the original payment) are the sole responsibility of the customer. We accept no liability for currency movements and do not offer rate‑locking services. Customers are advised to monitor exchange rates during the payment and refund process.
IV. Third‑Currency Transactions
For any transactions involving non‑USD payments or refunds, all exchange rate data are sourced from the market reference rates published by our payment partners. We do not set exchange rates nor intervene in the conversion process.
V. Dispute Resolution
Should you have any questions about the currency conversion, you may contact our customer service with the transaction details provided by your payment platform. We will assist in communication, but the final interpretation and data accuracy remain the responsibility of the payment platform.
